Shared Houses and Flats
The majority of the student-only houses/flats are located in central Worthing, very close to the main railway station and most of the bars, clubs and pubs. The rent for these rooms is generally £75/£85 per week, including utility bills (but not telephone). Some houses will also have internet access.
All student houses are inspected regularly by Worthing Borough Council to ensure that they always comply with the latest regulations. The college is provided with this information from landlords in good faith but does not accept any liability for any inaccuracies or circumstances that may arise should you decide to rent.
