Northbrook has been awarded a quality mark for its commitment to looked-after children and care leavers.
The Frank Buttle Trust Quality Mark is awarded to universities and colleges in the UK and Northbrook is the first recipient in the south of England.
In order to qualify, Northbrook underwent a rigorous assessment and had to fulfil a number of requirements.
The Frank Buttle Trust set up the Quality Mark in 2006 in recognition of higher education institutions who go that extra mile to support students who have been in public care.
