Instalment Plans

This facility (for course fees over and above £80) is available providing that the payment is made by Direct Debit. An initial 25% deposit is required and the balance payable (in up to six monthly instalments including the initial deposit) by the end of March or the end of the course, whichever is the sooner. Should you withdraw from the course the full outstanding balance must be settled immediately. Please apply at time of enrolment. Not available to students sponsored by their employers.

Standard Cancellation Charge, Exams and Refunds

If the decision to withdraw from the course is that of the student, either prior to or within the first two weeks of the course commencing, a standard cancellation charge of £30 will always be payable. Students who withdraw after the first two weeks will be required to pay the full fee.

A standard charge of £25 is to be levied to all students who do not attend an examination for which they are registered, unless the absence is due to exceptional circumstances.

It is not College policy to issue refunds unless it has been necessary to cancel the course and a substitute alternative is not available.

Please contact the College regarding admission, courses and fees.

Students aged 16 - 19

Free of charge for students aged 16-18 on 31st August in the calendar year in which their course starts (if they are UK/EU students).

If this applies to you or you have not lived in the UK/EU for more than 3 years, you will be required to pay the overseas student rate. Please contact the College for more details.

Higher Education Students

Under new Government funding arrangements introduced last year, students enrolling on a Higher Education (university level) course, who already have a qualification at an equivalent level, may in some circumstances not be eligible for a publicly-funded place on a course and may have to pay additional fees over and above those published in College prospectuses. This does not apply to some provision considered a priority by the Government such as Foundation Degrees and certain subject areas. For further information please contact Admissions on 01903 606001.
