Staff Shadow Apprentices
To celebrate National Apprenticeships Week, staff from Northbrook’s Apprenticeship Team spent the week experiencing exactly what it is like to be an apprentice in the workplace by working with them and their employers. Staff ‘shadowed’ Carpentry and Electrical apprentices, Hairdressing, Motor Vehicle, Childcare and Catering apprentices.
