Based at the Shoreham Airport Site
We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Lecturer to give theory and practical instruction on our Automotive City & Guilds, Diploma and Foundation Degree courses.
Your role will be to:
- Assist in Automotive Engineering course design and preparation, including the provision of schemes of work and individual learning plans
- Inspire and motivate students of all levels to achieve their chosen qualification
- Carry out course evaluation and self assessment
You should have the following:-
- Appropriate related degree or equivalent level 4 qualification with experience of modern vehicle systems
- A teaching qualification and assessor awards or willingness to obtain within first year
- Experience of teaching 14 – 19 year old students in school or college based provision
- An understanding of tutorial responsibilities, quality assurance procedures and current and future FE curriculum developments
