Students Help Launch Vintage at Goodwood

heatre Hair & Make-up students are helping to launch the first ever ‘Vintage at Goodwood’ event in August. Vintage at Goodwood is a new festival that will be celebrating all that’s best about Britain from the 1940s right up until the 1980s.
For the three day event, the students will be working in the hair & beauty parlour located on the Vintage High Street - a representation of the Great British High Street. After initial training from Toni & Guy or Nicky Clarke stylists, the students will be styling hair in vintage fashions for visitors to the salon.
They will also be styling models for the catwalk shows that take place across the three days featuring the very best designers and noted vintage experts.
Hair and Make-up Technician, Teresa Kelly, initially contacted the event’s Hair & Beauty Curator, Lisa George, to secure this excellent work experience opportunity for the students.
